Biography

Hooman plays guitar and setar and arranges most of Shabgard’s songs. His instrumental pieces move between Persian modes and the textures of ambient music

He made short films before he directed his first play, and he still thinks like a cinematographer on stage: every scene starts with a question about where the light comes from
